Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Lume Creative Studio as the venue for your event or workshop! To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review and agree to the following policies: 📅 Reservations Event and workshop bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required to secure your date. A cleaning fee is also included in your booking ⏰ Event Time Your reserved time must include setup, event time, and breakdown. Overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the end of the event. 💳 Cancellations & Changes One date change is allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit. 🧼 Space Rules The client is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was provided. No open flames, lit candles, or fireworks are allowed inside the studio. Please notify us in advance if additional furniture, special decor, or catering will be used. ⚠️ Liability Lume Creative Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, guests, attendees, or personal belongings during the event. The client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, or equipment during the event. Lume is not responsible for personal items or equipment left behind after the event. 👥 Capacity The agreed-upon maximum capacity must be respected. Any increase in guest count must be communicated and approved in advance.
